Refund Policy

We at NRI Tax Compliance are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a customer may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer refunds for our services.

Refunds are only applicable for our paid services and are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to customers who have purchased our paid services within the last 30 days.

2. Reason for refund and amount: We offer refunds in the following 2 conditions

– Full refund in case the NRI Tax Compliance team fails to begin the assigned activity within 24 hours of customer paying the invoice.

– Full refund in case the NRI Tax Compliance team fails to complete the task before the assigned due date by the Government of India.

3. Refund process: To initiate a refund, the customer must contact our customer support team via email at info@nritaxcompliance.com within 30 days of purchasing our services. The customer must provide one of the reasons mentioned in Point 2 and any relevant information regarding the issue. Our customer support team will then review the request and determine if a refund is appropriate.

4. Refund timeline: Once a refund has been approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase our services.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe it is fraudulent or if the customer is in breach of our terms and conditions.
